I had to do Gen Expansion to create a social deliverable from a 9x16.
And I used Aleph 2.0 because its a video to video specific model (and we can’t use seedance).
and then generated a reference frame to guide it. In the middle of the shot.
And then reversed the 1st half. So both halves are using the same “First Frame”
And then I stitched them back together.

All my board frames are a combo of AI, Photoshop, and CGI done in c4d.
Finals are done using VFX. We build everything from scratch.
You could use the board frames to make AI video, we just don’t do that because it goes through so many revisions and changes we need to control it. And We don’t really broadcast video that is straight AI.
